"We are utterly devastated, and our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with the families of our staff." The investigation will be aided by the Queensland Fire and Emergency Service and Queensland Police Service's Forensic Crash Unit on behalf of the state coroner.Addressing the media from China, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said the thoughts of "all Australians" were with the family and friends of the victims.
