Video has emerged of a three-year-old girl sitting in her mother's lap without a seatbelt and "driving" down Adelaide streets.It shows the mother-daughter duo beeping the horn, while joking about doing burnouts.The mother, who wishes to remain anonymous, defended her actions in an interview with 9News.
