Thug beat up mother of his child just weeks after avoiding jail for brutal pub fight
A thug assaulted the mother of his child just two months after he avoided jail for a brutal pub fight that left a man unconscious.
When Beach suggested that they head to a bar in Hindley, she told him that she was tired and that she had no money. At this point he became "aggressive", Ms Faux said, and after having a friend transfer some money, the woman agreed to go to the bar to "placate" Beach. As the woman "cowered" against a wall, he took items out of her purse and threw them at her. He also threw her phone on the floor smashing it.
The court heard that the phone Beach smashed was the fourth the victim had to buy and she alleged that he has damaged others in the past. In an impact statement, she described Beach's behaviour during their relationship as "abusive" and "toxic". The woman added that after the incident, she came to a "huge realisation" that she needed to end the relationship "for good", in order to improve life for herself and her three children.
