A MAN who threatened to shoot a driver with a gun in a carjacking avoided jail on Wednesday.
Glasgow Sheriff Court heard Robertson and co-accused Alexander Williamson, 39, initially approached his vehicle and argued with the driver.Robertson put his arm through the open window and removed the car keys from the ignition.Both men entered the Vauxhall Astra with Robertson shoving Mr Arshard into the passenger seat.
Graham Mann, defending Williamson, said:"My client was well known and it's my understanding there was some arrangement with a transaction."There came a point where there was apprehension that the victim was not going to honour his side of the bargain.
