A man told his victim he was 'lucky' to have a job as he drove him to a casino and forced him to withdraw cash.
The pair then drove him to a casino and ordered him to withdraw a further £50, before abandoning him. He then took the man's phone, headphones, bank card and driving licence, while threatening him at knifepoint. In a victim impact statement, the victim described how he 'avoided' Oldham town centre following the incident, describing money as 'something [he] can get back', but the 'emotional impact' was 'hard to deal with'.
