, Tia and Tamera Mowry showed the world what it's like to grow up with a built-in best friend. Both on-screen and in real life, the Mowry twins were an exemplary depiction of sisterhood, however, in recent years, the two have sadly grown apart. In a preview for her new WE TV show,, Tia opened up about not feeling close to Tamera anymore, a result of both her divorce from her husband of 14 years, Cory Hardrict and her physical distance from her sister.
and tied the knot in April 2008. The couple, who share 13-year-old son Cree Taylor Hardrict and five-year-old daughter Cairo Tiahna Hardrict, announced they were separating in October 2022. Tamera has previously expressed her support for Tia during the divorce. "I told her, I said, 'Tia, I'm looking on your Instagram, this is the happiest you've been in a long time. You are glowing!'" Tamera toldit's because she is living her authentic, true self. And I think that is what everyone should do. And it's not easy! That's the thing, it's scary.
