Several Dragon Ball Techniques Could Save Lives If Taught Tien could be using his new dojo to share the skill that would help people escape the many dangers that occur in the world of Dragon Ball. Several times throughout the series, enemies like Doctor Gero and Majin Buu make their presence known by terrorizing cities filled with people who may have escaped to safety if they had known how to fly.
