Leah Smith was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer as a teenager TikTok star Leah Smith has died aged 22, her loved ones have announced. Smith, from Liverpool, was diagnosed with bone cancer in 2019 and documented the disease on social media. She died yesterday morning from Ewing’s Sarcoma, a rare form of cancer that affects the bones and soft tissue. Smith’s death was announced in a video posted on her TikTok account, which has more than 500,000 followers.
’ Her loved one Vikki had previously posted an update on Smith’s health on TikTok earlier this week and said she was ‘unable to move or talk’ and was on ‘end of life’ care. ‘The main thing is, is that Leah is so peaceful now, she looks as beautiful as ever and we’re just grateful we can be at her bedside and hold her hand to comfort her through it,’ she continued.
