While not an official diagnosis, people describe experiencing frequent time loss, underestimating or overestimating task durations, tardiness, and missed deadlines. Experts explain that time blindness is a common psychological phenomenon often associated with intense focus or flow states, distinguishing it from ADHD or neurological disorders. Though not a primary symptom of neurodivergence, strategies like digital reminders, visual calendars, and breaking tasks into smaller segments can help individuals manage their perception of time.
