AFL: Western Bulldogs forward Jamarra Ugle-Hagan is on a flexible training program as he deals with personal issues.
Fremantle ruck Sean Darcy will travel to Qatar later this week as he looks to put his injury woes behind him.
The Dockers are continuously searching for ways to improve Darcy’s program to give him the best chance possible of playing as many games as he can in 2025. “These strategies will specifically relate to Sean’s strength program and functional movement to complement a lot of the work already implemented by our Performance Health team.
“We’re looking for any short-term gains to assist with Sean’s return to play, but we are also looking at the long-term stability of his knee.”The 26-year-old ruck managed just 12 games in 2024 but has worked hard over the off-season and looks slimmer.
