A Columbus attorney hopes to build a tiny home village near Eastland Mall for the homeless.

"As I turned the thermostat, I thought it was nice and then I thought about the homeless not being able to do that," he said. "People may think of them as cute little houses ... but we also have wrap-around services that residents will be required to take advantage of," said Perez. "Vista Village isn't for everybody," he said."Some people are not ready for this. We're going to be careful about who we select."
