In a now-deleted Instagram story, Proctor can be seen vaping inside a cubicle at CommBank Stadium at halftime of the Titans 36-26 loss on Sunday.

Stadium officials have also confirmed to AAP that vaping is not permitted in the seating bowl or anywhere around the stadium.
