Todd Cantwell insists Rangers won’t allow themselves to get caught up in their previous European exploits as they bid for Champions League glory in Eindhoven.
“In this competition you are going to play against good teams and teams who have the ball. It’s important that we then show we have another side to us, which is that we can be in good shape and we can hurt on the counter. Cantwell was playing in the Championship with Norwich City last season while Rangers were competing at the highest level on the continent.Now the Englishman is determined to make the most of his own chance to impress against the biggest names in the game.
“I would speak for most players in the changing room, you want to play in these competitions. So it’s just an excitement for me.
