Covid-19 bereaved families group rejected from attending Tory conference
Jo Goodman, whose father Stuart died with coronavirus, is part of a group representing thousands of bereaved families
But the group has now been told that the decision was due to an "error that has been subsequently reviewed".Earlier on Tuesday, Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice said it was "shocked and frustrated" after it received a letter notifying it that its application to attend the Conservative Party conference had been rejected.
"Their initial decision to disallow bereaved families from attending was disgraceful, and we hope that there is a genuine acknowledgement of that and that they are prepared to work with us.
