One of six tornados that struck down in New Jersey over the weekend caused damage to the National Guard Training Center, the agency said.

Building 66/68 of the training center, located in Sea Girt in Monmouth County, lost its chimney and part of its roof in a partial collapse on Saturday night, a spokesperson for the National Guard said. The structure houses New Jersey National Guard Youth Challenge Academy materials, according to the agency.in New Jersey — one each in Howell, Jackson and Sea Girt in Monmouth and Ocean counties, and one in Cinnaminson, Delran and Moorestown in Burlington County.

The service confirmed another two tornadoes on Monday – one in Crosswicks in Burlington County and another in Monmouth County, which started in Allentown and moved across into the Cream Ridge section of Upper Freehold. Building 66/68 of the National Guard Training Center in Sea Girt sustained damage from a tornado Saturday.It was only 50 yards wide and was on the ground for just 0.14 miles, from 7:42 p.m. to 7:44 p.m. Saturday, the weather service found. But its top winds were estimated at 110 to 120 mph.
