Toyota said it issued the recall of its all-electric 2023 bZ4X SUV after finding the wheels could potentially fall off because of issues with bolts that connect them to the vehicle. After low-mileage use, the bolts can loosen to the point where the wheel can detach, the auto maker said Thursday.
