Trader Joe’s recalls are starting to read much like a twisted version of the fable Stone Soup.
The Monrovia-based grocery chain in the last two days issued two new recalls for food that might have non-food items in them. On Friday, the company said its fully cooked falafel may contain rocks. Notably, the falafel was sold in 35 states and Washington, D.C., but apparently not in California., recalling both items. The cookies include Trader Joe’s Almond Windmill Cookies and Trader Joe’s Dark Chocolate Chunk and Almond Cookies .Related Articles
