7NEWS: Child, 9, dies in WA quad bike accident on mountain bike trail
The child was a passenger on the quad bike, riding along a track in Langford Park, Jarrahdale, when the bike rolled, and she was thrown at 5pm on Saturday evening.
WA police said the nine-year-old died at the scene, while a 34-year-old man who was also a rider was taken to Armadale Hospital with minor injuries. “Anyone with information regarding this crash, or who saw the bike being ridden in the time leading up to the crash, is asked to call Crime Stoppers,” a police spokesperson said.
