Chris and Amie passed away within just four weeks of one and other after illnesses.

A tragic couple have died one month apart, leaving behind their two young children. Chris Mills, 42, passed away after suffering from a ruptured stomach ulcer in July and Amie, 30, died just four weeks later after a battle with cancer. Their son, Harry, 8, and daughter, Mia, 6, are now being cared for by Amie's mother Tracey, reports the Mirror.

Their grandmother, Tracey, said: "I would like to say a huge thank you to all involved who are helping raise money for my grandchildren. We have all had a very hard and tough time as late. "Once Chris's funeral was over Amie went to her dad's for a break in Devon where she sadly passed herself a few days later.
