Trent Alexander-Arnold went down injured during the second half of Liverpool's clash with Aston Villa at Anfield
Trent Alexander-Arnold has dealt Liverpool a new injury concern after suffering a knock against Aston Villa at Anfield.
Alexander-Arnold had set up Dominik Szoboszlai's opening goal, before an own-goal from Matty Cash and a strike from Mohamed Salah extended Liverpool's lead. Alexander-Arnold was spotted deep in conversation with boss Jurgen Klopp before he headed straight down the tunnel. The problem throws into doubt his participation in England's fixtures against Ukraine and Scotland next week, after he was named as a midfielder in Gareth Southgate's squad.
