District Court Judge Jack Costello today sentenced 47-year-old Troy Alviti, 58-year-old Mark Middleton and 39-year-old Nicholas Wardle for manufacturing a large commercial quantity of meth. Alviti and Middleton were each jailed for more than a decade, while Wardle was sentenced to seven-and-a-half years.
Alviti, Middleton and Wardle will be eligible for parole after six years and 10 months, eight years and four months, and four years and six months respectively.precursor chemicals to make 127 kilograms of pure methamphetamine and each offender was motivated by money.
