Tristan Thompson allegedly told Maralee Nichols he was 'engaged' to Khloe Kardashian when he fathered their son, according to new court docs. A filing in their ongoing paternity suit included snapchat messages purportedly between Tristan and Maralee, Us Weekly reported.

'I'm engaged but I will be married soon,' he allegedly told Nichols. 'Why would you want a baby with a man that's engaged. You wanna keep a mistake.'. The documents reportedly reveal that Thompson purchased a $2million engagement ring for Khloe. Tristan denied fathering the child, a boy named Theo, until a paternity test confirmed the baby's parentage
