Rain on Saturday morning didn’t keep dozens of people from wading into the Yellow Breeches in Lower Allen Township Park, sometimes just six feet apart. This year, the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission will stock more than 3 million adult trout in some 800 streams and lakes in the state. That includes 2.3 million rainbow trout; 700,000 brown trout and 168,000 brook trout, according to theThe fish are raised at 13 state hatcheries with some cooperative sportsmen’s nurseries and clubs adding to that total.
