Neighbors in his hometown of Lincoln Park, Michigan, roughly 11 miles from Detroit, described him as “quiet.” Michigan man Troy Bohling was arrested for allegedly pushing two American tourists into a ravine near Neuschwanstein castle in southern Germany.“I’m shocked what he’s been accused of,” the neighbor went on, “I’m scared he may have done stuff here and no one has figured it out yet.”
According to the report, he and his brother could also be spotted around their home walking their cat on a leash.Kelsey Chang was taken to a hospital for her injuries and later released.Speaking to German news outlet Bild, Bohling’s mother denied her son was even in Germany in the first place. Bohling is being held on suspicion of murder, attempted murder and attempted sexual assault.

The 22-year-old woman had tried to stop a 30-year-old Michigan man from allegedly assaulting her friend after luring them onto a trail leading to a viewpoint overlooking the famous castle. Police say the older woman fell down a steep slope but was able to leave the hospital Friday. Both women were recovered by mountain rescuers shortly after the attack Wednesday, but the younger victim later died of her injuries in the hospital. The suspect is being held on suspicion of murder, attempted murder and attempted sexual assault.
