The US House Judiciary Committee has released its full report on the impeachment of President Trump, accusing him of betraying the nation for his own political gain.
The panel released a 650 page document which formally laid out the groundwork for this week's vote. The panel claimed Mr Trump "demonstrated he will remain a threat to national security and the Constitution if he is allowed to remain in office".
In the document, the panel also claimed by refusing to cooperate with the impeachment inquiry, he violated the constitution's system of checks and balances. Republicans denounced the materials submitted by the Democrats. The vote in the House of Representatives is expected to take place on Wednesday. Image: Getty
