Former US president Donald Trump and three of his children have been sued for fraud after a New York investigation into the Trump Organisation.
The lawsuit alleges Trump lied “by billions” about the value of his real estate in order to receive loans and pay less tax – committing numerous acts of fraud between 2011 to 2021.“Donald Trump falsely inflated his net worth by billions of dollars to unjustly enrich himself and to cheat this system,” Ms James said.
“He did this with the help of the other defendants, his children, Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump.”Read More
