The clock is again ticking on Donald Trump’s merger with a controversial US company. A lot is riding on it.
Trump had about 88 million followers on X. He has about 6.5 million on the Truth Social platform, with about 400,000 active daily users following him. That represents the bulk of Truth Social’s traffic.
It is obvious why he has returned to X. He is running for the presidency again at next year’s US elections and Truth Social doesn’t have anything remotely close to the reach of X, nor the variety of users.
