Former chief strategist of President Donald Trump Steve Bannon says if Biden is declared winner of the 2020 presidential election, President Trump will announce he is running for re-election in 2024, more populist and nationalistic.
“I don’t think the president’s going to lose,” Mr Bannon told Sky News host Sharri Markson. “If, for any reason the election is stolen from him, or in some sort of way, Joe Biden is declared the winner, President Trump will announce he’s going to run for reelection in 2024. “You’re not going to see the end of Donald Trump.
" Mr Bannon said Trump was the head of a populist, nationalist movement in the United States, and he thinks the president has now realized America needed more populism and more economic nationalism. “He’s going to be much more populist and nationalist in a second term,” he said. “He’ll take on all cumbers and be reelected then.
