Bayern Munich have been linked with a move for the Manchester United man as they aim to add depth to their midfield.

Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel has sent a transfer warning to his bosses in Bavaria amid reported interest in Scott McTominay.

"You play with the players you have," Tuchel admitted before his side's 3-1 win over Augsburg. "We only have three central midfielders who can play a key defensive role for us. It doesn't take much reading between the lines to see that Tuchel would be open to adding another central midfielder to his ranks between now and Friday. And the German echoed the point after full-time on Sunday as well.
