An American company has taken down an advertisement which featured the 20-year-old shooter who injured Donald Trump and killed one of his supporters.

One of the largest companies in the world has been forced to pull an advertisement which featured the 20-year-old gunman who fired a number of shots at Donald Trump , injuring him, and killing a rallygoer.

Secret Service agents rushed to the Republican nominee and shielded him from potential other threats. Trump was then whisked away to hospital for assessment. The commercial featured a teacher teaching an economics class at a Pennsylvania school, with the shooter one of the students briefly shown. The assassination of Trump remains under investigation by federal authorities, with a motive for the attack unknown at this stage.

The 20-year-old recent engineering graduate was spotted by rallygoers who tried to raise the alarm to police, but it was too late. He fired at least eight shots. Investigators are pouring through Crook's online history and believe he did not have any mental health issues or had been on the radar of police.
