Jordan Fineanganofo is accused of the murder of Steven Tougher outside a McDonald’s restaurant in Sydney’s southwest.
“He was remanded into custody,” NSW Police said.
“He was charged common assault, destroy or damage property, armed with intent, two counts of attempted wounding with intent, and stealing.” NSW Ambulance paramedic and father-of-two Stephen Tougher was stabbed to death outside Campbelltown McDonald’s.Outside court in April, Fineanganofo’s lawyer Javid Faiz told reporters his client had mental health issues and was in the hospital at Long Bay jail, but he understood the charges.Fineanganofo is set to face court again at Campbelltown Local Court, on Wednesday.
