Twitter freaked out when Billie EIlish revealed to Jimmy Kimmel that she's never heard of the rock band Van Halen, but now fans are coming out to defend her.
Now, Twitter is dragging Billie for not knowing who Van Halen is, but her fans have her back.
Jimmy explained that since Billie is 17, and Jimmy was 17 in 1984, he was going to see if she knew things from the year. He started with Madonna, who Billie of course knows of, but then the questions got a bit harder from there. Billie revealed that she doesn't know about the rap group Run DMC, she's never seen the originalVan Halen, BTW, is a rock band that was popular in the late-seventies and eighties with notable songs like"Jump" and"Hot For Teacher.
