LIVE: NSW Fire and Rescue and Police are providing an update on the fire which destroyed two buildings in Sydney's CBD. 9News DETAILS HERE:

"I can confirm that two young people handed themselves in at two separate police stations in the late hours of last night," acting assistant commissioner Paul Dunstan said. There is further risk of collapse after parts of the building fell during yesterday's blaze.

Investigators have not yet been able to access the site to determine the cause, or if anyone was inside, but a witness has claimed he bumped into "scared" school children running from the fire, screaming at someone "still in the building"."Scared and frightened, especially that they know that one of the mates still in the building," Phu Tang told 9News.
