JUST IN: Two men have been arrested after a body was found in a burning dumpster near downtown Phoenix.
Police say the person was found dead inside a dumpster that had been set on fire.Two men, 18-year-old Isiah Baskin and 22-year-old Larry Scott, were arrested by Phoenix police on Wednesday.
Baskin told detectives he saw Scott and the other person push the cart to a dumpster and then try to lift it into the container.
