Police have arrested two men who snatched one of three victims of a serious car crash on a trolley before keeping him inside a house where paramedics were denied entry.

About 7.30pm on Thursday, emergency services were alerted to an incident in the western Sydney suburb of Cranebrook after a vehicle had crashed into a tree and caught alight.

The serious crash in Cranebrook ended up with a stolen car catching fire, an occupant fleeing in a shopping trolley, dangerous dogs being tasered and two men arrested for hindering police. Picture: Julian Andrews “When paramedics were refused entry in the home, police were contacted to assist who were also refused entry,” police said in a statement.“Due to concerns for the man’s welfare officers from the Public Order Riot Squad have forced entry into the home.”
