The brothers are due to face court in Goulburn, with investigators seeking their extradition back to Victoria.
Abhijeet Abhijeet, 26, and Robin Gartan, 27, were tracked down in Goulburn, NSW on Tuesday morning — two days after a fatal stabbing in the south-east Melbourne suburb of Ormond .
Victoria Police says its detectives are on their way to NSW ahead of a court hearing at Goulburn Local Court on Wednesday, where investigators will apply to transfer the men back to Victoria. The arrests are in relation to a fatal stabbing on Sunday May 5, where one man, aged 22 from Noble Park, was killed, and another, aged 30, also from Noble Park, was injured.
