Police have set up two crime scenes after a man was shot in a unit block in Sydney's south-west before a car was found well alight just 1.6km away.
Police have set up two crime scenes after a 29-year-old man was found with multiple gunshot wounds in a unit block on Rowe Drive in Potts Hill.The man was treated at the scene and taken by ambulance to hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
After launching their investigation, police then set up a second crime scene on Nobbs Road at Yagoona - just 1.6km away from the shooting - where a white Toyota HiLux was discovered well alight. Police are searching for the gunman behind the incident and anyone with information is urged to contact Bankstown Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
