A further four puppies died after they were placed in foster care "due to their young age and exposure to the elements",The litter's mother has not been found, prompting urgent calls from the RSPCA for help."We currently hold concern for mum, who would have suffered physically and emotionally when the puppies were taken away from her so suddenly."
The animal rescue organisation said there were no CCTV security cameras around the area the litter was dumped.
