“That actually provided a significant challenge for firefighters who were in the process of rescuing one of the residents as the roof was starting to collapse,” he told ABC television on Friday.“They took measures to control the fire, and then once the fire was controlled to a degree they could re-enter. They did that, and then unfortunately found the deceased victim in this fire.”
