Harbert Realty Service’s Casey Howard represented the sellers, private equity firm Sixty West, and John Tally represented the buyers. Next door, 2127 First Avenue North is a 9,400-square-foot single-tenant office building with a surface parking lot, occupied by OnCentive. “Our team and our sellers are thrilled with the outcome of this portfolio sale and the price we were able to achieve at a $222/square foot valuation,” Howard said.
