"A member of the public spotted it again, so we went back into close mode," Beach Saftey Councillor Clinton Rose said.Grey nurse sharks are not considered aggressive, but they can bite people if provoked."It was just doing laps up and down the beach … chasing whiting or salmon, trying to feed," Marine Life ranger David Baxter said.
