Two men have been fatally stabbed in two separate attacks in the space of two months.
Two separate murders just weeks apart have involved people in the supply of illegal drugs, a chief constable has said.On Saturday, the body of a 19-year-old man from London wasPaul Sanford, chief constable of Norfolk Police, said the force was making "good progress" in both murder investigations and that there was no risk to the general public.
"The only link between these two murders is that they've involved persons involved in the illegal supply of drugs," he told BBC Radio Norfolk."However, I, of course, appreciate these incidents cause significant concern in those communities."On Monday, police said the body of the man found in a flat on Lefroy Road was believed to have been there for eight days.
The force said it was working with counterparts in the Metropolitan Police and no arrests had been made. Earlier this month, a man in his 20s was questioned by detectives on suspicion of assisting an offender in relation to the murder investigation on Paragon Place."We will do our utmost to bring the offenders to justice for these crimes," Mr Sanford added.
