Children are among those who are believed to have suffered burns and two people remain missing after a house fire in Tyaak overnight.
At least two people are missing and 11 others have been taken to hospital after a house fire in Central Victoria overnight.
Emergency services were called about 11:40pm on Saturday to the home in Tyaak near Broadford, about 95 kilometres north of Melbourne. "Initial reports were that at least 13 people were at the property with 11 people taken to hospital with injuries," a Victoria Police spokesperson said. Several ambulances and one Air Ambulance helicopter took people to hospital, including at least one child.
CFA commander Charles Cleary said 14 fire appliances were sent to the property, with a number of other support vehicles."It took approximately an hour and a half to get the fire under control."
