Two shot, flown to hospital in San Marcos; sheriff's homicide team responding [Breaking]
Two people were raced to the hospital after they were shot in San Marcos, a sheriff’s official said.
The shooting was reported just after 1:30 p.m. on West Borden Road near Las Posas Road, sheriff’s Lt. Nanette McMasters said. The site is a residential area near an elementary school and a city park. Both victims were flown to hospitals via air ambulances, McMasters said. No further update on their conditions was immediately available, but homicide detectives were called to the scene.
