As the Crew prepare to host Atlanta United, missing several key players from the lineup, here's what to watch for in the matchup.

Atlanta will be without three starters due to internal duty, including midfielder Thiago Almada, who leads the league in goals and assists with four of each. Four of the team's reserve players will be absent for that same reason.

"It could be between three, four, five weeks," Nancy said."We’re going to have to be cautious with that because if he’s coming back too early, he could go back again. For the moment, this is not something bad. We are happy for that. But this is an injury in the knee. ... I don’t want to rush." "Miloš is an integral part to that defense and the philosophy we play," wingback Will Sands said."But whoever steps in at that position, I have full confidence that they’ll do the job."

Vallecilla started 25 games for FC Cincinnati in 2021 before being traded to Colorado, where he made 12 appearances and seven starts last year. And in addition to a new starter at center back, the Crew will be without their regular goalkeeper in Room, leaving the net vacant for either Evan Bush or Patrick Schulte.
