Two warehouse projects on the way in Garland and Hutchins
The Dallas-Fort Worth area leads the country in industrial building activity, with more than 56 million square feet in warehouse development underway.
The Garland project at 1102 S. Jupiter Road will contain more than 194,000 square feet of space and was financed by Veritex Bank. The Hutchins project is at 1701 S. Interstate 45 and totals almost 230,000 square feet. Jones Lang LaSalle sourced debt for the new building with Community Bank of Texas. Reserve Capital Partners has also purchased industrial buildings in Garland and Hutchins, said Landry, who is also a managing principal for SRS Industrial.
