TXT Becomes Artist With 2nd Highest 1st-Day Sales In Hanteo History
On January 27 at 2 p.m. KST, TXT made their highly-anticipated comeback with their latest mini album “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” and its new title track “According to Hanteo Chart, “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” sold an impressive total of 1,868,919 copies on its first day of sales alone—more than doubling TXT’s previous first-day sales record of 918,413 and managing to break their previous first-week sales record of 1,248,370 in just one day.
Additionally, both “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” and “Sugar Rush Ride” have already topped iTunes charts in numerous countries all over the world. As of 9 a.m. KST on January 28, “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” had hit No. 1 on iTunes Top Albums charts in at least 30 different regions, while “Sugar Rush Ride” had reached No. 1 on iTunes Top Songs charts in at least 17 regions across the globe.
