Tyson Fury has previously offered to team up with Red Devils legend Patrice Evra as they wanted to stop the rot at Manchester United, but now the Gypsy King has given his thoughts on the appointment of Erik Ten Hag.
The 53-year-old Dutchman’s arrival was confirmed by the club earlier this week after months of speculation, having impressed the likes of Rangnick and Darren Fletcher in preliminary interviews.
The Gypsy King is a lifelong United supporter and was asked about the state the club is in at the weigh-in ahead of his highly anticipated bout with challenger Dillian Whyte at Wembley Stadium on Saturday night. The Red Devils are scrambling to try and salvage their season by finishing fourth in the Premier League table, but have taken only two victories in their last nine matches in all competitions. Fury lambasted the team for their recent performances, but displayed cautious optimism about Ten Hag’s imminent arrival.and being a life long supporter to see them lose 4-0 to Liverpool was an absolute disgrace,’ Fury said.
