SAN DIEGO – The United States Navy investigation into the death of SEAL candidate Kyle Mullen continues.Navy officials announced Wednesday that three officers are now under review in connection with Mullen’s death. Plus, Navy officials say changes are being adopted for screening Navy SEAL candidates.
