Uber's stock has plummeted to below $27 per share as of Monday's closing price since the company debuted in May at $42 per share. The company's market value is now about $45 billion, down from nearly $70 billion at the end of its first trading day. Kalanick still owns more than 65 million shares in Uber, according to the latest filing.
